After negotiate If you agree with the CIF price, request Proforrma Invoice and send us your consignee detail for making Proforma Invoice Including

Arrange Payment
Make 100% payment of the total CIF cost that appears on the Proforma invoice By Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) before expiry the proforma Invoice. You need to pay money transfer charge at your bank, because it is not included to CIF price. Once transaction is done please Send (T/T copy or Bank Slip ) by E-mail or Fax or notify us by phone call.
Please write proforma Invoice number on remittance slip for urgent payment confirmation from Our side. For example (1008001-NBC-DAR ES SALAAM)

Payment confirmation and Booking your vehicle
We acknowledge the receipt of your payment to Our bank and send you payment confirmation by
E-mail. we will also re-confirm the followings by E-mail
1) your Consignee (owner-to-be for the vehicle): for B/L
2) your Notify Party (person who receives the notice of ship's arrival): for B/L
3) your Documents Destination Address (DHL/EMS address)
We need Full Name, Full Address and Phone Number for ALL of the above.
After re-confirming the above with you, we will book your vehicle on the ship sailing to the port of your conveniences.

Shipping Schedule
Once the date of shipment is fixed. we will Inform you estimate time of departure (ETD) and also Inform you Estimate time of arrival (ETA).
Please be informed that the ship's name / schedule are subject to changes due to shipping company's reasons and they are beyond our control. |

Final Check for Bill of Landing (B/L)
When ship left form Japan after that we will send you B/L copy as proof your vehicle left from Japan and also you can check your consignee detail on the B/L is correct. Please check the scan very carefully. You may not be able to amend the B/L once we send it out to you. |

Dispatch B/L Documents
After receiving your confirmation on the scan file of B/L is correct. we will send you original documents Including
1- Invoice
2- First Bill of landing (B/L)
3- Second Bill of Landing (B/L)
4- Export Certificate (or "Cancellation of Registration" / "De-registration" Certificate)
5- Insurance Certificate (this will NOT be included if your order is C&F or FOB )
6- Inspection certificate (if "Pre-export Inspection" is required by your Government)
7- NBC Visiting card

tracking number by E-mail. So you could track your documents position.

Easy pay
In case customer can not pay 100% advance than we can also accept your payment
in two parts
50% advance and remaining 50% when ship left from Japan we will send you B/L copy as proof
your vehicle left from Japan receive the B/L copy and send us reaming 50% within three days and we will send
you original documents.
